Part 2- The Open - Past Winners

Qualification

To play in The Open you must be invited or qualify through one of named tournaments on a given tour or via the UK's Open qualifying venues.

This year in 2021, 3 places were offered to the winners at The Open qualifying venues of: Hollinwell, Prince's, St Anne's Old Links and West Lancashire after 36 holes of stroke play.

These fantastic courses also hosted the Regional Qualifying series in June, where successful players also qualified for The Open.

You too could play one day if you made it into the Regional Qualifying tournaments. It would make a great documentary to follow the amateur into the tournament!

Australia - 9 Winners

South Africa- 10 Winners
